. the national weather service and the sacramento offices, they issued a dense fog advisory, meaning widespread fog with visibility down to a quarter mile for the deltas. so vallejo, stretching into fairfield. you're going to find this if you do again have the early morning drive to prepare for that. satellite radar here. we will continue with partly cloudy skies for the afternoon. tracking two systems. the first one is here to the south, bringing us that unsettled weather through the workweek. as we get into the weekend, slowly it is shifting east. so now getting rid of that system. that is actually what has kept our temperatures on the milder side. this system is dropping out. they will bring a bit of the unsettled weather. meaning just a stray shower that will be possible. we'll begin to feel it as early as this afternoon. so this system is exiting, this system is pulling in behind the front with that cooler air as we will remain with just a slight chance of the rain. now, just don't cancel those outdoor plans because our chances are, we'll have partly cloudy skies and cooler conditions for

temperatures out here towards the pink that's out towards solano county. hard freeze warning for the sacramento valley, also solano county. could see upper teens to mid-20s by tomorrow morning. the culprit is a real drop in the jet stream. it's allowing this cold air which is usually damned up east of the cascades to spill all the way down into california. this pattern's going to stick around at least until about monday. notice how quickly we reach freezing in the bay area. by midnight, already in the north and east bay valleys, pretty close to 30 degrees. and then purple on the map or darker blues indicating some 20s out towards solano county, the east bay, areas south of san jose and likely north bay. look at san francisco. low to mid-30s even around the water. so mostly clear skies tonight. of course, that's going to help our temperatures to drop off. and during the day tomorrow, sunshine but it's going to be really quite cold. as you can see, our high temperatures again tomorrow, upper 40s to near 50 to wrap up the weekend. 49 around milpitas. around the east bay, highs low 50s and upper 40

did not make it. now i have become a bureaucratic the city of sacramento, which seems like a pretty glorious way to go. but i have met some pretty fantastic people through that. i'm eager to work with you on all of the issues that you have. there's a great staff that operates the office in san francisco. they resolve most of the problems that we could possibly face. there have been a couple that people live come -- have asked me to come down and meet with them on. i am more than happy to do that when there is something that we cannot resolve at the local level. san francisco is a place that we are very proud of. we got kicked out of our office, just by the landlord and the release. there is a lot of political pressure on us just to keep the political office closed. as most of my staff will tell you, there was really one person who thought it was the perfect idea to stay in san francisco and pay the market rent, and that was me. maybe state bureaucrats did not like that some much, but at least one of them did, and that was me. we are delighted to be in san francisco. it is important
